Here we find all the suppressed, silenced, distorted or separated parts -
by ourselves or the collective.
The parts which want to be seen and held.
The ones which are charged by shame and guilt or projections of worthlessness.
The traumatised disconnected parts of ourselves and the collective.
We learnt to be ashamed of these parts, learnt to reject and deny them.
Through this, they only get stronger and can make us sick.
So they can block our flow & creativity.
Part of them are also ‘outside’ shadow projections & shaming
These parts want to be heard, seen and transmuted with inner awareness, compassion and love -
accepted, felt or expressed in a healthy way, then integrated or released.
In this way blocked energies are able to flow freely again.

This is another part of Shadow.
Here we find all our suppressed potential (light) that we do not allow ourselves to be and express.
Instead, we see it in others and project it on them - this often expresses itself as feelings of envy.
When we accept and examine this envy, it leads us to our own gifts and potential.
We can follow & transmute it to integrate our light and turn it into gold.
And allow everyone to fully express individual gifts and potential.
